Day of Hugs 6 - Jurassic Lark

Yes it is well and truly back on and this time were getting prehistoric on you huggers!

Think Jurassic Park meets the Flintstones meets the Land that Time Forgot! We want to see lots of dinosaurs, cavegirls and cavemen!

We are delighted to announce that our main soundsystem will be complimented (amongst other things) by an Arabian Nights chill out area. This will be hosted by the talented international magician Kasrani. Think belly dancers, Shisha pipes, special performances and downtempo DJ's keeping the vibes laid back. All this and you still get your favourite residents Formless, Simon Wynn, Chris Gainer and Gareth Welburn playing the highest quality house and techno all night long!

We are positively prehysterical with excitement about our other offerings (including some unbelievable circus performers and special guest DJ's) but are keeping it all under wraps a bit longer.

Tickets are now £30 and increase in price by £5 for every hundred more we sell. By the time we reach 400 sold it'll be £45 per ticket. So if money is tight we recommend you get in there like swim wear and snap yours up now to avoid the lazy Londoner tax!

Angel Hugs - Heavenly Themed Safari Reunion

A FREE London Day of Hugs reunion party held on Sat 20th June to showcase the many photos and movies from our safari expedition!

Named ANGEL HUGS after the location and fancy dress theme.

The recently opened Bar Sequence near Angel offers no less than 7 high quality projectors and a super tight sound system. Their selection of cocktails and wines is extensive, whilst a pint of beer is still only £3.50!

DJ's included Simon Wynn, Chris Gainer, Cousin G and Formless.

Day of Hugs 24hr "On Safari" Party

Day of Hugs "On Safari" was by far the best party we have ever thrown. Thank you everyone who made it possible. Check out new featured photos every day!

Global House hosted an area (decorated by Sparkly Nuts) delivering the finest Electro and Breaks with DJ's playing from a 1950's Land Rover whilst Cheetahs danced on the bonnet! A Different World gave us chilled alternative vibes all night long. The Day of Hugs tent continued to deliver the sort of underground House and Techno our reputation has been built on.

The gates opened at 2pm on Saturday 25th April. Those who arrived early bagged the best camping spots and enjoyed the sunshine and workshops including hooping (Hoop Dance Heaven), juggling (Flame Fireshows), drumming and more. At sunset the Secret Garden Party crew entertained us with fire hooping and gifts for the king. They were followed by Flame Fireshows giving us an incredible taste of what their Southern Lights festival has to offer. Strumpets with Crumpets provided very tasty food (and views) throughout the 24 hours.

A cracking little venue that hosted our pre hug with a special birthday set from our resident Simon Wynn.

An 80's fancy dress theme saw this party bathed in a neon fluorescence previously unseen!

Sunset Tower Party (Pre Hug)

Partying around a tower on the edge of a crumbly cliff before the setting sun. Chances like this only come around once!

It rocked! DJ's on the balcony, hats on the horizon and tunes in the stratosphere.......

DoH 3 had a Star Wars fancy dress theme as a celebration Dan reaching the dirty 30's.

Day of Hugs 2 was a legendary party held in the cedar room giving it a really special vibe!

To the hundred or so of you who came (especially those who helped out in the preparations and clear up) I would like to say thanks for making it such a special party!
